Frequently asked questions

Our seasonal menu features 14–18 dishes and may evolve from day to day, allowing us to work closely with local growers, producers and suppliers and make the most of Tasmania’s freshest produce.

Our menu is best explored through a selection of individual snacks and larger dishes shared across the table, or as a set menu for $120 per person.

Rather than following traditional seasons, we explore Tasmania through four distinct quarters: Seafood, Vegetables, Fermentation and Meat. Each allows us to celebrate a different part of the island’s landscape, produce and culinary traditions, while keeping the menu balanced and welcoming.

As a small team, we’ll always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. Please include them when making your reservation so we can prepare thoughtfully for your visit.

Dietary requirements received less than 24 hours before your reservation may not be able to be accommodated.

Our bookable main dining room features a mix of chairs with backs and low stools, while our bar seating is available for walk-ins only and consists of high stools.

If you require a chair with a back, please include your request in the reservation notes. We’ll always do our best to accommodate seating requests, though specific seating cannot be guaranteed.

As a small restaurant, last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on our business. If you do not attend your reservation or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of $60 per person will be charged to the card on file.
